KONDITORI PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Baker/Pastry specialist for breads and pastries to manage the daily bakery operations, producing high-quality breads, pastries, and desserts while ensuring consistency, hygiene, and efficiency.

You will weigh ingredients, mix dough, roll and shape, monitor production schedules, and coordinate with the team to keep production flowing smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of baking or pastry experience.
• Good product knowledge of breads and pastries.

Responsabilidades

• Weigh and measure ingredients accurately to ensure consistent quality.
• Mix ingredients by hand or with an electric mixer to form dough or batter.
• Roll and shape dough using rolling pins and lamination techniques.
• Mold dough into shapes and place in pans, trim edges for neat presentation.
• Check production schedules to determine daily variety and quantity of goods.
• Spread toppings on loaves or items before baking.
• Prepare pastries and blend icings, colors, and decorative elements.
• Collaborate with teammates while working independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain attention to detail to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Communicate clearly with team to coordinate baking tasks and production flow.
