Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of experience as Baker / Pastry CDP.
• Knowledge of Bread & Pastry production.
• Certificate in Pastry & Bakery or equivalent preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Daily preparation and production of bread and pastry items while controlling costs and ensuring quality.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of all food items according to standards and sanitation regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
