Job summary

Initia International Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Baker to join our F&B Operations team in Singapore. You will prepare, bake, and produce a variety of bakery goods according to established recipes and production demands.

Work closely with the Pastry Chef and bakery team to ensure freshness, quality, and timely production. The role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 20 kg, and flexibility to work 5–6 days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in baking, pastry production or bakery operations.
• Follows recipes and maintains quality standards.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and baked goods per recipes and production needs.
• Measure, mix, knead dough, and operate bakery equipment.
• Bake, fry, fill, and assemble products while ensuring quality and presentation.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams on product availability and inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of ingredients and finished products.
