Job summary

The Famous Amos Chocolate Chip Cookie Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Baker to lead the preparation, baking, and quality control of bakery products. You will set up equipment, prepare ingredients, and monitor times to ensure high-quality outputs.

Minimum 3–5 years in baking or food production is required, along with a bakery diploma/certificate. The role involves rotating shifts in a fast-paced environment with a focus on consistency, taste, and presentation.

• Maintain high standards of product quality by ensuring the consistency, taste, and presentation of baked items
• Inspect the freshness and appearance of baked goods to ensure they meet established quality standards
• Monitor ingredient inventory and ensure that supplies are ordered and stocked in a timely manner
• Keep track of stock levels to minimize waste and avoid shortages
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, following health and safety regulations
• Ensure all baking processes adhere to health, safety, and food handling regulations
• Plan and organize the baking schedule to ensure timely production and minimize downtime
• Coordinate with other team members to meet deadlines, especially during busy periods
• Assist with ad hoc duties as and when required
