Qualifications

• Previous experience as a chef, baker’s assistant, or relevant work experience.
• Able to work early mornings, nights, midnight shifts and weekends.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and state health and safety precautions.

Responsibilities

• Follow existing standard recipes.
• Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients.
• Clean and maintain baking equipment, utensils, and tools.
• Prepare and pack baked goods for deliveries.
• Participate in inventory stock counting.
