Job summary

GOLDMOON POINT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a bakery assistant with strong bread making knowledge to support daily operations in the Bakery department. You will help execute operational tasks, monitor quality, and ensure food served meets high standards.

The role requires the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain safety and cleanliness. Weekend and public holiday availability is needed; start date is immediate for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bread making knowledge and bakery operation experience.
• Must be able to work 5 days per week (44 hours).
• Food Hygiene certification preferred; immediate start available.

Responsibilities

• Good knowledge of bread making.
• Assist in executing and managing operational duties in the Bakery department.
• Ensure smooth operation and consistent quality of food served.
• Minimize wastage and spoilage of ingredients and other food items.
• Ensure safety and sanitary standards in production areas.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management and supervisors.
