Job summary

The French American Bakery PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Baker to lead croissant and laminated pastry production and supervise daily baking operations.

You will ensure consistent quality, guide the baking team, manage schedules, and handle dough preparation, lamination, proofing and baking in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has lead baker experience and strong croissant expertise, with the ability to work independently while mentoring others.

We’re looking for an experienced Baker to join our team!

What we’re looking for:

1. Previous experience as a baker, preferably in a lead/head baker role
2. Strong experience with croissants & laminated products is a MUST
3. Good understanding of fermentation, proofing & baking
4. Able to work independently and lead a team
5. Detail-oriented and passionate about quality
6. Able to work in a fast-paced bakery environment
