Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• Minimum 2 years of backend engineering experience in large-scale or internet systems
• Proficiency in Go, Python and SQL; Docker and/or Kubernetes knowledge preferred
• Strong understanding of computer architectures, data structures and algorithms
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to boost engineering productivity; exposure to AI system integrations is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and logical thinking skills
• Open-minded, agile and proactive with a strong willingness to learn
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
• Commitment to delivering quality work on time

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers and QA to build and improve common game services
• Develop, maintain and optimize backend services and APIs for stability and performance
• Contribute to system design and architecture improvements for reliability
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system quality and efficiency
