Job summary

Mandai Wildlife Group is seeking a seasoned business development and project management professional to lead B2C events and programming for Green Canvas and our Indoor Attractions (Exploria and Curiosity Cove). The role focuses on driving visitation, ticket sales and overall commercial performance.

You will build strong partnerships, identify opportunities, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver compelling experiences that meet budget and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Events Management, Hospitality or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of IP-led, ticketed or experiential events experience.
• Proven ability to identify, engage and develop content partners and sponsors.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record in driving event performance.
• Networking within events, lifestyle, entertainment or MICE is advantageous.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with prospective partners, agencies, and industry stakeholders to develop a healthy pipeline of B2C opportunities.
• Achieve and drive a targeted pipeline of B2C events and programming for Green Canvas and Indoor Attractions.
• Source or conceptualise and manage ticketed events from planning through execution and post-event evaluation within budget.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines and performance targets with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor consumer trends and market developments to identify new partnerships and programming opportunities.
• Own and evaluate event performance across revenue, ticket sales, marketing effectiveness, and audience feedback.
