Job summary

Mandai X, the growth accelerator and venture-building arm of Mandai Wildlife Group, seeks a Lead, Programme & Activation to own end-to-end edutainment programmes across physical, digital and hybrid formats. You will translate business plans into scalable experiences across locations and partners, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, safety and brand standards.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, manage a diverse partner ecosystem, and drive commercial outcomes through engaging campaigns,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, events management, hospitality or related discipline.
Demonstrated experience leading complex programmes or initiatives.
Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of physical, digital and hybrid programmes across locations and partners.
Translate strategic objectives into a clear programme architecture, roadmap and milestones.
Lead planning for operational readiness, risk management and quality standards.
Manage portfolio of concurrent initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
Provide regular updates on progress, risks and financial performance to senior management.
