Job summary

Mandai Wildlife Group is seeking an experienced Events Manager to lead the planning, development and execution of a diverse portfolio of events at Mandai Wildlife Reserve. You will drive end-to-end lifecycle management from concept to post-event evaluation, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to meet commercial targets and guest experience goals.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in events-related field.
At least 5 years of events management experience.
Experience coordinating multiple projects and working with external vendors.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of events.
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets and all necessary plans for the event.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders during planning and execution.
Ensure events are delivered on schedule, within budget and to quality standards.
Oversee event setup, rehearsals, live operations and teardown.
Monitor budget expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Coordinate with partners, vendors and service providers.
Produce post-event reports and recommendations.
Monitor industry trends and benchmark against leading attractions.
