Job summary

Mandai Wildlife Group in Singapore seeks a Content Developer to design and refresh engaging programmes for children aged 3–12, including Ranger Buddies and Curiosity Cove, across Mandai Precinct.

You will translate creative concepts into practical experiences, collaborating with Education, Operations and Creative teams to ensure accuracy, feasibility and impact, while managing IP with Mandai X and supporting strategic content planning.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Arts, Education, Hospitality, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience with children's programmes or IP-based content.
• Experience with licensed IPs, brand guidelines or approval processes.
• Strong financial acumen with budget tracking or royalty management.
• Experience in children's attractions, family entertainment, museums or education-based environments.
• Collaborative and influential; able to work across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Detail-oriented while balancing creativity with operational and commercial realities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refresh Ranger Buddies content and related experiences for 3–12-year-olds.
• Support content and experiences within Curiosity Cove, KidzWorld and other child-focused attractions.
• Translate approved concepts and creative direction into executable programmes balancing storytelling, learning and fun.
• Work with Education, Operations and Creative teams to ensure content is accurate, engaging and feasible.
• Manage Ranger Buddies IP standards, brand guidelines and approval processes with Mandai X (MX).
• Coordinate IP submissions, feedback cycles, and approvals to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Education, Operations, Marketing, Licensing, Communications and Commercial teams to ensure alignment.
