Fractional Services Solutions PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-driven B2B sales professional to drive new business and expand existing accounts in Singapore. You will source clients in recruitment, build relationships, and negotiate terms to close deals.

You will also grow client portfolios by understanding headcounts, skills requirements, and budget, while coordinating candidate sourcing, interviews, placements, and ongoing retention support to ensure repeat orders.

Formación

• 5+ years in B2B sales or business development in recruitment or staffing.
• Track record of hitting targets with numbers to show.
• Fluent English and Mandarin, spoken and written; many clients work in Mandarin.

Responsabilidades

• Find and win clients via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, site visits and referrals; pitch, propose and negotiate terms with decision-makers.
• Grow accounts: manage client relationships, understand headcount, skills, shifts and budget, and secure repeat orders.
• Match talent to needs: source candidates, conduct interviews, place them, and support client retention.
