Qualifications

Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline.
7–10 years of sales leadership, business operations, or general management experience.
Experience in commercial kitchen equipment or hospitality-equipment industry preferred; not F&B outlet operations.

Responsibilities

Lead B2B project sales, dealer/distributor channels and business growth for commercial kitchen / foodservice equipment solutions. Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and profitability.
Manage sales teams and cross-functional departments to drive performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders from HQ.
Identify new market opportunities and support business expansion.
Oversee budgets, cost control, reporting, and P&L performance.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and sales performance to improve business strategy.
Ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and service excellence.
