Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a sales candidate to hit monthly and annual targets while maintaining profitability.

You will identify new business opportunities across logistics, transportation, fleet management, workshops and retail channels, and build strong industry partnerships. Based in Singapore at Pandan Road, the role requires at least 2 years in sales and operations and owning a vehicle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales and operations experience, preferably in corporate sales involving after-sales service or maintenance contracts.
• Proven network of contacts within commercial tyre, construction, logistics or transportation industries is essential.
• Ownership of a vehicle is required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining profitability.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across logistics, transportation, fleet management, workshops and retail channels.
• Conduct market analysis and gather customer insights to support product development and meet market demands.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and stakeholders through networking and business development activities.
• Plan and execute customer engagement initiatives, loyalty programs and promotional campaigns.
• Provide operational and administrative support as required to ensure smooth business operations.
