Job summary

ALLINTON ENGINEERING & TRADING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing across a diverse B2B portfolio.

You will shape strategy, build brand visibility and drive audience engagement through campaigns, digital marketing and strategic partnerships. You will work with internal stakeholders and external partners, turning marketing plans into measurable results, managing budgets and campaigns, and guiding the team to deliver consistent messaging

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing or related discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of relevant marketing experience in B2B or integrated campaigns.
• Experience planning campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Experience managing budgets, agencies, vendors and multiple projects.
• Strong digital and social media marketing knowledge and analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially aware with ability to turn ideas into practical marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing strategy and develop integrated plans aligned with objectives and budgets.
• Plan and deliver B2B campaigns across digital, social media, PR, advertising and offline channels.
• Oversee brand presence across the portfolio, content, websites and sales collateral.
• Build and maintain relationships with creative agencies, digital partners and media.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to develop content, partnerships and new audiences.
• Monitor spending, analyze results and propose improvements based on outcomes.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities.
• Guide and support marketing team members while coordinating projects.
