Job summary

JORY EMPLOYMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking motivated Sales Executives to expand its customer base in Singapore's F&B sector. You will acquire new customers, promote the digital ordering platform, manage accounts, and ensure a positive customer experience through after-sales support.

The role focuses on building relationships, driving new business, and achieving sales targets while leveraging CRM and digital tools. Willingness to travel locally and work on-site in Singapore is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in HORECA, F&B, food distribution or FMCG.
• Proven experience in B2B sales and new business development.
• Existing network within Singapore's F&B industry will be a strong advantage.
• Good understanding of food products and F&B purchasing requirements.
• Comfortable with cold calling, customer visits and prospecting.
• Experience in account management, customer service and payment collection.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or digital ordering platforms is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Malay will be an advantage.
• Willing to travel frequently for customer visits. A valid driving licence and own vehicle will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers, including restaurants, cafés, hotels, food courts, hawker stalls, caterers and central kitchens.
• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals and networking.
• Understand customers' purchasing needs and recommend suitable food products and pricing.
• Introduce the company's digital ordering platform and assist customers with registration and their first orders.
• Achieve individual customer acquisition and sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Encourage repeat purchases and increase customer ordering frequency.
• Promote additional product categories through upselling and cross-selling.
• Monitor customer purchasing activities and follow up on inactive or declining accounts.
• Monitor customer payment terms and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Assist with account reconciliation and collection activities.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines and visit reports.
• Monitor sales performance, new customer acquisition, repeat orders and payment collection.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor pricing and customer feedback.
