Qualifications

• A Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
• A fresh graduate, diploma/ITE graduate, ORD personnel or career switcher
• Confident communicating with business owners and professionals
• Goal-oriented and motivated by results
• Coachable, resilient and willing to learn
• Interested in developing a long-term career in sales and business

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential business clients
• Conduct face-to-face and professional business presentations
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients
• Follow up with prospects and existing accounts
• Work towards individual and team sales targets
• Participate in sales training, coaching and business development sessions
