You will engage clients to understand their training needs, propose relevant programmes, and develop strong relationships to secure retention and repeat business. You will coordinate with trainers, operations, and marketing to ensure successful delivery and monitor performance against targets.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth
• Engage clients to understand training needs and propose relevant IT and professional development solutions
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business
• Drive sales for both public and customised training programmes
• Handle client enquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Work closely with trainers, operations, and marketing teams to execute training programmes successfully
• Track sales performance and provide regular updates on pipeline, targets, and forecasts
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging training needs to identify new opportunities
