Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma with at least 3 years of experience in sales or account management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a client-facing mindset.
• Proven ability to manage pipeline and achieve sales targets.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of corporate clients to drive revenue growth.
• Engage clients to understand training needs and propose IT and professional development solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business.
• Drive sales for both public and customised training programmes.
• Handle client enquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Work closely with trainers, operations, and marketing teams to execute training programmes successfully.
• Track sales performance and provide regular updates on pipeline, targets, and forecasts.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging training needs to identify new opportunities.
