Job summary

BEATHCHAPMAN (PTE. LTD.) is recruiting a senior Fund Structuring professional based in Singapore. You will own end-to-end fund launches, including structuring decisions, adviser appointments, legal docs, regulatory filings and fund close.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in private credit or private funds with direct fund structuring from term sheet to closing, and familiarity with Singapore LP/VCC structures or offshore equivalents. You will build cash flow models and support investor reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of relevant experience in private credit, private equity or private funds.
• Direct involvement in fund structuring from term sheet to closing.
• Experience with Singapore LP or VCC structures, or comparable offshore structures.
• Experience aggregating loans or assets into pooled investment vehicles.
• Exposure to loan portfolio construction and warehouse-to-fund conversions.
• Strong project management and deadline-driven work style.

Responsibilities

• Structure decisions, advisor workstreams, financial modelling, and supporting investor relations deliverables for each new fund launch.
• Own end-to-end execution of new fund launches, including adviser appointments, legal documentation, regulatory filings, and fund close.
• Support two-step structuring decision on every new initiative, to pool capital and which vehicle.
• Review loan documentation (facility agreements, term sheets, and security documents) to extract key cash flow terms for modelling.
• Build fund-level cash flow models, portfolio-level economics, GP economics, subscription line financing, back leverage financing, FX hedging and running scenario analysis on warehousing or seeding structures.
• Support the preparation of quarterly investor reports for launched funds, draft and maintain responses to DDQ

• Structure decisions, advisor workstreams, financial modelling, and supporting investor relations deliverables for each new fund launch

• Review loan documentation i.e facility agreements, term sheets, and security documents, to extract key cash flow terms for modelling

Profile of ideal candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Mandatory: At least 5 years of relevant experience within private credit, private equity, or private funds, with direct involvement in fund structuring from initial term sheet through to closing.
• Experience working with Singapore LP / VCC structures, or comparable offshore structures
• Experience in aggregating individual loans or assets into pooled investment vehicles
• Exposure to loan portfolio construction, warehouse-to-fund conversions, or asset-based finance structures
• Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple structuring workstreams and deadlines simultaneously
