Job summary

GIC Private Limited in Singapore seeks an experienced Assistant Vice President, Vendor Governance to lead the Technology Shared Services Office. You will oversee vendor lifecycle, procurement coordination, and governance support across TG, starting with the Infrastructure and Cyber Resilience initiative.

You will define SOPs, dashboards, and control frameworks, manage onboarding and spend, and drive process improvements with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure compliant, efficient service

Responsibilities

• Mobilise and scale the VGO Technology Shared Services function.
• Define SOPs, service catalogue, control checkpoints, and escalation paths.
• Oversee onboarding, lifecycle management, spend tracking, and vendor administration.
• Coordinate PRF/PO processing and vendor data maintenance.
• Apply maker-checker controls and ensure auditable vendor records.
• Prepare dashboards and consolidate operational data for reviews.
