Job summary

GIC is seeking a Vice President, Vendor Governance to lead the delivery of a centralized Technology Shared Services function. This involves vendor management, procurement operations, and financial controls, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will possess a degree and over 10 years of relevant experience. You will be instrumental in driving process improvements, managing vendor lifecycle activities, and providing insightful governance reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in shared services, vendor governance, technology operations or procurement operations.
• Strong understanding of vendor lifecycle management and procurement workflows.
• Ability to convert operational data into insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Technology Shared Services delivery.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding and lifecycle activities.
• Support tracking of spend reconciliation and service performance.
