Job summary

Deutsche Bank is seeking Lending Officers to work with Lending Management, Sales Coverage, and Risk teams across the APAC region. You will support credit structuring and execution of financing solutions, including financial analysis, due diligence, and documentation, while meeting regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in fundamental financial analysis including on corporates.
• Thorough knowledge of capital markets and derivatives products.
• Strong written and verbal communication; concise reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lend to high net worth clients and family offices in South Asia with structured financing solutions.
• Support credit structuring, due diligence, and documentation in line with policy.
• Deal with flow transactions and cases with exceptions to credit policy and large exposures.
• Participate in client meetings with Sales/Coverage and liaise with lawyers and clients.
• Monitor ongoing transactions and assist in marketing materials and internal reports.
• Help shape credit-related processes and platform enhancements.
