DBS Singapore is seeking an AVP Relationship Manager for Building & Construction/Real Estate within the Midcap segment of the Institutional Banking Group. You will manage a growing portfolio, develop relationships, and collaborate with product and credit teams to deliver tailored financing and treasury solutions.

Competenze

• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in corporate banking or related field.
• Experience in corporate lending to midcap clients.
• Strong credit and financial analysis skills with ability to model cash flows and debt capacity.
• Solid knowledge of corporate banking products and deal structuring.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills; proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

• Formulate and execute account plans to expand existing portfolios and develop new clients.
• Drive business development with internal partners across geographies and sectors.
• Prepare financial models, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow projections for lending.
