Job summary

Bank of Singapore is seeking an experienced senior professional to lead a team of Assistant Relationship Managers (ARMs). The role includes direct support to Market Heads and Team Heads, mentorship of ARMs, and ensuring adherence to regulatory policies while driving revenue for the Marketing Team.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in client servicing or sales support within financial institutions, with proven leadership, strong product knowledge, and excellent communication and collaboration

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in client servicing, operations or sales support within financial institutions.
• Prior experience managing a team.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma from reputable institutions.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills.
• Meticulous, strong attention to details.
• Possess future oriented mindset, strive to innovate and adapt to changes.
• Strong understanding of inter-dependencies within the team and able to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain empathetic, passionate and resilient.
• Preferably CACS certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist Market Head / Team Heads in managing a team of ARMs to drive consistent practices and staff engagement.
• Contribute effectively to revenue targets of RM(s) and Marketing Team.
• Direct support to MH/THs/RMs and manage a team of ARMs.
• Provide trainings, mentorship and guidance to ARMs to ensure competency.
• Ensure adherence to regulations, policies and surveillance activities.
• Coordinate and support front office activities like continuity, reporting and administrative matters.
• Consolidate and prepare management reports for Front Office Team and Business Managers.
