Job summary

Maples Group in Singapore seeks an Assistant Vice President for Fund Accounting focused on hedge funds. You will support and oversee the preparation and review of complex net asset valuations while ensuring timely, accurate client deliverables and high service levels.

The role requires an accounting degree with 3–5 years hedge fund experience, a proactive, detail-oriented approach, and strong coordination with lawyers, managers and counterparties across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience in hedge fund accounting or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and client service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex net asset valuations for hedge funds.
• Coordinate with lawyers, investment managers, prime brokers and transaction counterparties in international jurisdictions.
• Participate in process improvement projects to enhance service delivery.
• Ensure client deliverables comply with internal policies and procedures.
