Job summary

DBS Bank Asia Hub is hiring to drive the integration and enhancement of Generative AI (GenAI) features across customer-facing Chatbot and Voicebot journeys in SG, HK, IN, TW. You will collaborate with technology and business partners to deliver end-to-end GenAI capabilities and channel expansions, including WhatsApp integration and Click-to-call readiness.

Join a regional Programs team focused on innovation, delivery timelines, and adoption initiatives, supporting weekend releases when required

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in project management and delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field.
• Strong understanding of Product Owner fundamentals, Agile and SDLC, with familiarity with large language models.

Responsibilities

• Support integration of GenAI features and journeys for customer-facing Chatbot and Voicebot regionally.
• Collaborate with technology and business partners to deliver innovative GenAI solutions.
• Ensure end-to-end testing and adherence to delivery timelines of features.
• Support continuous improvement, enhancement and monitoring of existing features.
• Adhere to change management protocols for GenAI deployment.
