Job summary

Temasek International Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced Enterprise AI Adoption leader to drive structured change across the organization.

You will design and execute programmes that embed AI behaviours in investment, operations, and support teams, coaching users and measuring value over time. You will work closely with Technology, Investment, and Operations leaders to secure sponsorship, build an AI champion network, and deliver adoption dashboards that demonstrate tangible impact on productivity

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise technology adoption or change management.
• Experience with AI-enabled change programmes and enterprise-scale deployments.
• Ability to explain AI capabilities to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI adoption change programmes with stakeholder mapping and adoption tracking.
• Design campaigns to move employees through awareness, activation and habit formation.
• Build and manage a network of AI champions within business units.
• Partner with senior leadership to secure sponsorship and align initiatives with priorities.
• Lead cross-functional groups to remove blockers and drive measurable adoption.
