Job summary

Temasek Holdings is seeking a VP, Agentic AI Platform to shape secure, scalable AI agent foundations that power investment and enterprise workflows. You will define how agents are built and run across Temasek's digital platforms, setting architecture for orchestration, memory, and model gateways.

You will partner with cybersecurity, enterprise architecture and business teams to implement controls, monitoring, and governance as the platform scales.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in software engineering, platform engineering, or AI infra.
• At least 2 years building AI/agentic systems in production.
• Experience with agent platforms such as Copilot Studio or Gemini Enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Define architectural strategy for the agentic AI platform.
• Collaborate with security, architecture, and business teams.
• Own platform roadmap and governance.
• Track AI trends and translate into actionable plans.
