Job summary

A*STAR - Agency for Science, Technology and Research seeks an AI Programme and Adoption Lead to drive integrated delivery across the AI Factory. You will oversee programme management, capability building, and change efforts to move AI-enabled workflows from development to sustained use.

Lead governance, prioritisation, and portfolio reporting while aligning stakeholders and embedding AI-enabled approaches across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in programme management, transformation delivery, change and adoption, or cross-functional operations.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI technology in real-world, professional applications.
• Proven ability to lead and coach teams delivering complex enterprise programmes.
• Strong capability in portfolio planning, milestones, governance, RAID, and value tracking.
• Experience aligning senior leaders, technical teams, and business owners in matrixed environments.
• Track record of turning AI ambition into sequenced roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the programme and adoption function: set priorities and coordinate delivery across teams.
• Oversee end-to-end programme delivery, milestones, risks, and blockers.
• Demonstrate best practices in implementing AI workflows to the team and stakeholders.
• Own governance, prioritisation, portfolio reporting, and executive updates.
• Define and track KPIs for deployment, usage, proficiency, and outcomes.
• Set adoption strategy with an organisation-wide roadmap for AI-enabled workflows.
• Drive rollout, onboarding, communications, and user adoption campaigns.
• Build organisational capability through scalable training and playbooks.
• Lead change efforts, manage readiness, and promote responsible AI practices.
• Translate user insights into product backlogs and operational plans.
• Coordinate execution with business owners, product teams, governance, HR and change groups.
• Maintain core management artefacts and provide concise updates to senior leaders.
