Job summary

Temasek Holdings is seeking an AVP in Digital Transformation & AI Adoption to lead enterprise AI adoption, embedding new AI ways of working across multiple teams. The role focuses on structured change programmes, measuring usage and value, and coaching business users to adopt AI-enabled workflows.

The position sits within the AI Automation & Fluency function, close to business users, with emphasis on governance, guardrails, and measurable impact across investment, operations, and support teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise technology adoption or change programmes.
• Demonstrated success driving large-scale AI or digital adoption programmes beyond pilots.
• Ability to articulate AI capabilities and governance to non-technical audiences.
• Strong data-driven approach to measure adoption and impact.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end change management for major AI capability deployments and adoption tracking.
• Design adoption campaigns with milestones, metrics, and accountability.
• Build and manage a network of AI champions within business units.
• Partner with senior leadership to secure sponsorship for AI adoption initiatives.
