Job summary

You will lead end-to-end change initiatives using data, insights, and storytelling to drive adoption, influence decisions, and deliver measurable outcomes. Experience in fintech or banking is highly valued.

You will engage diverse audiences across tools, platforms, and business processes, shaping enterprise-wide change with a focus on data-driven transformation and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in driving data storytelling and change initiatives at senior levels.
• Ability to translate analytics into actionable business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive-facing advisory skills.
• Familiarity with Prosci ADKAR or human-centric change frameworks.
• Proficient in BI tools and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Translate technical data into clear narratives for executives and non-technical audiences.
• Build dashboards and presentations to measure adoption and outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end change plans with risk management and milestones.
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and readiness reviews.
• Design data-driven communications to align frontline to executives.
• Collaborate across communications, tech, HR, and operations to deliver outcomes.
