Job summary

DBS Asia Hub is seeking an AVP to bridge data analytics and organisational transformation. You will lead data storytelling, build dashboards, and drive adoption across the bank’s tech and business teams.

You will engage executives and frontline staff, leveraging Prosci ADKAR and structured change methods to deliver measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10+ years of experience in analytics, data storytelling, or transformation.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services is valued.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, statistics, data analytics, or related field.
• Strong data literacy and knowledge of BI tools and analytics methods.
• Familiarity with change frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR is highly valued.

By combining hands-on data capabilities with human-centric change frameworks, this role ensures that data-driven insights translate into lasting, measurable business value.The successful candidate will lead end-to-end change initiatives, using data, insights, and storytelling to drive adoption, influence decision-making, and deliver measurable outcomes. Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services will be highly valued.**Key Responsibilities:*** **Strategic Data Storytelling & Narrative Design:** Translate highly technical data, complex analytical outputs, and ambiguous employee sentiments into clear, compelling, and actionable narratives for executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences.* **Data Analysis, Visualisation & Measurement:** Clean, validate, structure, and analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
