Job summary

DBS Group Technology is seeking an AVP to bridge data analytics with organisational transformation. You will lead end-to-end change initiatives using data and storytelling to drive adoption and measurable business outcomes across tools, platforms, and processes.

The role requires 8–10+ years in analytics or change management and senior stakeholder engagement in fintech or financial services, with a strong background in data viz tools and executive storytelling.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in business analytics, data storytelling, change management or corporate transformation.
• 3–5 years in a senior stakeholder-facing capacity.
• Experience in fintech, banking or financial services is highly valued.
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, statistics, data analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex data outputs into clear narratives for executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
• Build dashboards and presentations to measure adoption, behaviour change and business outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end change projects with structured plans, milestones and risk management.
• Engage stakeholders across communications, technology, HR, operations and business units.
• Champion data-driven communication campaigns to align front-line and executive teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated transformation outcomes.
