Job summary

OCBC (Singapore) is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance professional to join the team and work on strategic advisory and capital-raising transactions across Southeast Asia and Greater China. You will play a key role in execution and origination, building detailed financial models, and preparing compelling materials to support client engagements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
• 5–6 years of relevant investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory experience.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Demonstrated experience in deal execution (M&A and/or equity capital markets preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support execution of M&A and equity market transactions.
• Build detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials.
• Prepare pitchbooks, information memoranda, and management presentations.
• Coordinate due diligence, legal, and documentation processes.
• Manage timelines and liaise with clients and external stakeholders.
• Support senior bankers in identifying and pitching new opportunities.
• Conduct industry and market research to generate actionable insights.
