Job summary

RHB Bank Berhad (Singapore) seeks an AVP in Client Solutions to originate and manage relationships with corporates and sponsors in Singapore and across the region. You will coordinate with product groups to deliver a full suite of capital markets and financing solutions, including leveraged finance, corporate banking, and ECM/M&A capabilities.

Qualifications

8–10 years of relevant experience in financial institutions.
Strong analytical and valuation skills.
Proven ability to build client relationships and drive origination.

Responsibilities

Drive origination efforts and build long-term client relationships in Singapore and the region.
Act as liaison between clients and product groups to deliver solutions.
Lead cross-selling initiatives and regional collaboration across product teams.
Structure and deliver financing and advisory solutions, including leveraged acquisition financing.
Prepare credit memos and manage credit approval processes for financing transactions.
Lead preparation of pitch books, client presentations, and financial analyses.
Coordinate deal execution with legal, auditors, and counterparties.
Perform financial modelling and valuation analysis (DCF, comparables).
Prepare management reporting and deal pipeline tracking.
