Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience.

• Demonstrated strong aptitude for and experience with AI, advanced data analytics, and automation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Strategic client partnership: Act as a primary strategic advisor, engaging with institutional clients to understand their evolving needs and proactively identify opportunities within securities financing and collateral management.
• Revenue & liquidity optimization: Lead discussions and implement strategies for clients aimed at maximizing alpha revenue generation, optimizing liquidity, and enhancing capital efficiency across their financing portfolios.
• Operational excellence & efficiency: Advise clients on best-in-class operational practices, leveraging automation and process improvements to drive efficiency and reduce risk within their collateral management and financing operations.
• AI & data-driven solutions leadership: Champion the adoption and application of AI-enabled platforms, machine learning insights, and advanced data analytics to provide clients with innovative solutions, predictive insights, and superior service levels.
• Cross-functional team orchestration: Coordinate and lead internal product, technology, operations, and control functions to develop and deliver integrated solutions that address complex client challenges and business objectives.
• Relationship management & growth: Cultivate robust, long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for deepening engagement and expanding product penetration.
• Market & regulatory acumen: Maintain an in-depth understanding of industry trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape in securities financing and collateral management to proactively inform client strategies and internal product development.
• Risk & governance stewardship: Lead by example in adhering to strong governance and control frameworks. Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, and Finance to ensure all client engagements and solutions comply with regulatory standards and firm policies, appropriately assessing risk/reward trade-offs.
• Ethical conduct & compliance: Promote a culture of responsible finance, robust governance, ethical conduct, and adherence to Citi's Code of Conduct and all applicable policies and procedures. Obtain and maintain all required registrations and licenses.
