Job summary

RHB Singapore is seeking an AVP for its Client Solutions team within Investment Banking to lead origination efforts and deliver cross-border financing solutions across Leveraged & Acquisition Finance, Corporate Banking, Treasury, ECM, and M&A.

The role requires 8–10 years in financial institutions, strong financial modelling and valuation skills, and a proven ability to build client relationships while coordinating across product groups and regions.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in financial institutions.
• Experience in Capital Markets and/or Leveraged Finance preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical, modelling and valuation skills.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and drive origination.
• Solid understanding of capital markets products and cross-border financing.

Responsibilities

• Drive origination efforts and build long-term client relationships in Singapore and region.
• Liaise between clients and product groups to deliver solutions.
• Drive cross-selling and regional collaboration across product teams.
• Structure and deliver financing and advisory solutions, incl. leveraged acquisition financing.
• Prepare credit memos with Corporate Banking and manage approvals.
• Lead creation of pitch books, client presentations and financial analyses.
• Coordinate deal execution with internal/external stakeholders.
• Perform financial modelling and valuation analyses.
• Prepare management reporting, deal pipeline tracking, and budgeting materials.
