DBS Bank Ltd invites a seasoned analytics professional to join the Legal, Compliance & Secretariat group. You will optimise screening detection logic across onboarding, monitoring, and real-time payment-message screening, and collaborate with Compliance, Technology, and business units to implement evidence-based improvements.

Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years in financial crime analytics, strong Python skills, and experience with big data and data warehousing.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in financial services, consulting or a similar regulated industry, with demonstrated expertise in financial crime prevention and data analytics.
• Proven proficiency in Python is required.
• Experience with big data technologies and data warehousing solutions is highly desirable.
• Proven expertise in analysing and manipulating large, complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and support decision-making.
• Familiarity with Tableau data visualization is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Screening Optimisation: assess and enhance detection logic and algorithms for customer onboarding, ongoing monitoring and real-time screening across DBS operating countries.
• Cross-Functional SME Collaboration: partner with Compliance, Technology, Business Units and Operations; present findings and define screening requirements.
