• Drive the achievement of cluster yearly key performance indicators and business growth.
• Conduct regular meetings with agency leaders to improve sales and recruitment performance.
• Motivate and influence top producers towards achieving agency objectives.
• Identify and develop future agency leaders within the cluster.
• Build strong working relationships across various departments.
• Manage operational requirements and provide logistical support to the team.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and promote professionalism within agencies.
• Foster a productive working environment within the cluster.
• Assess business and regulatory compliance risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Stay informed on industry trends related to regulatory compliance and risk management.
