Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum degree with a professional insurance qualification.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in the insurance sector.
• Certifications such as BCP, PGI, CGI, and HI.
• Proficient in MS Office and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while being a cooperative team player with multitasking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor team members across marketing and client touchpoints.
• Ensure alignment of strategic direction with business objectives.
• Identify and nurture new business opportunities with direct clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
