SINGAPORE CAE FLIGHT TRAINING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to own the day-to-day journey from pre-training preparation through programme completion.

The role blends customer service, training coordination, scheduling, logistics, and billing support to help deliver training safely, accurately and on time. You will work closely with customers, airline planners, instructors, schedulers, Finance, Security and operations to ensure clear communication, precise documentation

Competenze

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in customer service, administration or aviation.
• 1-3 years in customer service or training coordination.
• Experience in aviation training advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365; familiar with Gemini or similar systems.
• Strong English, additional language helpful.

Mansioni

• Own the customer journey from pre-arrival to training completion.
• Welcome customers, orient facilities and conduct safety briefings.
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, email and online channels; escalate as needed.
• Prepare joining instructions and pre-training information.
• Coordinate travel, hotels, transport and logistics for trainees.
• Maintain accurate customer records and supporting documents.
