Job summary

Cirium is seeking a Solutions Consultant to drive pre-sales activities and deliver customer value in aviation analytics. You will partner with Sales to qualify opportunities, conduct demonstrations, and build business cases that illustrate Cirium’s data capabilities.

You will design training materials, support go-to-market initiatives, and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders while traveling as required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Aviation Commercial Experience including network planning, revenue management, strategy, or consulting.
• Analytical capabilities showing how data translates to commercial insights.
• Experience with datasets, analytical tools and BI platforms such as Tableau; ability to communicate findings to diverse audiences.
• Ability to present to executives and run workshops, briefings, webinars, and industry events.
• Thought leadership through workshops, events, webinars, and market insights.
• Strong customer-centric problem solving and understanding of business impacts.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales Consulting and Customer Engagement: qualify and progress opportunities through discovery, solution qualification, demonstrations, workshops, business cases, and validation.
• Provide technical expertise across proposals, RFP/RFQ processes, and customer engagements, representing Cirium in briefs, events, webinars, and thought leadership.
• Design and develop training materials, certification frameworks, playbooks, processes, and docs to strengthen Sales' understanding of Cirium’s products and data.
• Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to incorporate customer feedback, market insights, and use cases into product and GTM strategies.
• Establish technical credibility and develop strong relationships with key enterprise accounts, delivering value through Cirium’s data and capabilities.
