Job summary

SATS Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Training Content Developer to lead design, development, and delivery of security and service training across SATS Security Services, ensuring regulatory compliance and workforce capability.

You will oversee LMS records, governance, and quality assurance, integrate customer service principles, and coordinate with internal and external trainers to support multiple shifts and locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• WSQ Workplace Learning Facilitator or equivalent certification.
• WSQ DACE / DDDLP for course development.
• At least 5 years of experience in adult education or corporate training.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service program development.
• Understanding of compliance requirements and training-related KPIs.
• Strong domain knowledge in security and service operations, especially in aviation or policing sectors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain training content tailored to job functions, operational requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver training through classroom, online, and on-the-job formats across multiple shifts and locations.
• Conduct regular training needs analyses with line managers.
• Deliver dedicated customer service training and reinforce service behaviors during OJT sessions.
• Establish governance and quality assurance for training initiatives and maintain LMS records.
• Ensure programs meet regulatory requirements and track completion of mandatory trainings.
