Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is assisting a leading aviation electrical interconnect distributor to fill the Sales Coordinator role in Singapore. You will process and coordinate customer orders, respond on order status, and collaborate with the purchasing team on stock replenishment to ensure timely order fulfilment in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum ITE education and/or experience in sales support.
• Aviation/Aerospace experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the sales team.
• Handle all orders for the sales team and provide administrative support
• Able to respond quickly and efficiently to the customer regarding the status of their orders
• Plans and organizes with the purchaser with regards to the stock replenishment
• Ensures customers’ orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion.
