Job summary

B&H Worldwide (SG) Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a team during a 3 days on / 3 days off cycle. You will drive performance, supervise aviation logistics, and ensure on-time delivery while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, communication skills, and a track record of developing staff and managing complex import/export operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience building and guiding teams
• Strong communication with customers and staff
• Ability to train and develop team members
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Familiarity with IT and inventory systems

Responsibilities

• Guide, motivate, and inspire a team to achieve project goals and company objectives
• Track team performance and conduct performance reviews
• Develop staff through training and guidance
• Serve as main liaison between team and senior management
• Address conflicts, handle complaints, and mitigate challenges
• Delegate work, plan workloads, and ensure timely completion
• Supervise aviation logistics operations including import/export, warehousing, and transport scheduling
• Ensure shipments meet customer and regulatory requirements
• Enforce safety protocols and airside procedures
