Job summary

B&H Worldwide is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a 3 days on / 3 days off shift in Singapore. You will supervise daily aviation logistics operations, guide a team, coordinate shipments, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 AS9120B and regulatory standards.

You will drive performance, training, and development, maintain KPIs and customer satisfaction, and act as a liaison between the team and management in a fast-paced aerospace logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and sound operational knowledge including Import/Export processes.
• Ability to build relationships across multiple stakeholders.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Working knowledge of IT, Microsoft Office and bespoke systems.
• Basic commercial awareness and responsiveness.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organisational skills and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to achieve project goals and company objectives.
• Motivate and train staff, resolve conflicts and liaise with upper management.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback and conduct reviews.
• Ensure team comply with all company policies and ISO 9001 AS9120B requirements.
• Oversee daily aviation logistics operations including import/export, warehousing, airside movements and scheduling.
• Coordinate shipments per customer SOP and liaise with overseas offices to meet deadlines and KPIs.
• Maintain KPI tracking, margins and service delivery standards.
