B&H Worldwide (SG) Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a team during a 3 days on / 3 days off cycle. You will drive performance, supervise aviation logistics, and ensure on-time delivery while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, communication skills, and a track record of developing staff and managing complex import/export operations in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

Operations Supervisor (3 Days On / 3 Days Off)

The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring Best-in-Class operational services through leading a team to achieve goals through tasks like setting workloads, delegating tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring performance. Key duties include motivating team members, training staff, resolving conflicts, and acting as a liaison between the team and upper management.

Key responsibilities

Guide, motivate, and inspire a team to achieve specific project goals and company objectives

Track the performance of team members, provide constructive feedback, and conduct performance reviews

Help team members develop new skills and improve their performance through training and guidance

Serve as the primary point of contact between the team and senior management, and foster open communication within the team

Address and resolve conflicts, handle complaints, and identify and mitigate potential challenges

Delegate work effectively, plan workloads, and ensure tasks are completed correctly and on time

Supervise daily aviation logistics operations, including import/export, warehousing, airside movements, and transport scheduling

Ensure all shipments, including but not limited to AOG, critical aircraft parts, and oversized cargo, are delivered on time and in full compliance with customer and regulatory requirements

Ensure full compliance with aviation regulations (e.g., IATA, TSA, FAA/EASA as applicable)

Enforce safety protocols, PPE usage, and airside operational procedures

About you

Excellent attention to detail and sound operational knowledge, including import and export processes

Good skills in building relationships and developing partnerships across multiple stakeholders

Good communicator with the ability to confidently and credibly engage with customers, partners and employees, both verbally and in writing

Working knowledge of IT, with the ability to use Microsoft Office and bespoke company systems, including inventory systems

Basic commercial awareness, understands impact of actions

Proven record of being responsive and innovative

Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and meet defined deadlines

Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise

Ability to work pro-actively using own initiative
