Job summary

SATS Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Operations Support Associate to assist managers in daily activities, incident investigations, and warehouse audits.

You will coordinate with facilities on repairs, compile statistics, manage weekend manpower, assist at Cargo BU events, and support data collection and analysis—requiring multitasking and strong communication. This role sits within a global aviation and logistics network.

Qualifications

• Interest in Aviation, Operations or Logistics.
• Good time management and strong interpersonal communication.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify issues on the go.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Support Managers and AOs in daily activities, meetings, incident investigation, employee engagement activities, and conduct daily audits of warehouse.
• Identify potential bottlenecks faced, and assist in projects solutioning + implementation
• Coordinate closely with facilities team on repair status of infrastructures such as lightings, computers, weighing scale and etc.
• Assist in compiling of statistics for reporting (e.g., Tonnage data / mishandling rates)
• Assist in weekend manpower status update
• Assist in ad-hoc Cargo BU events
• Assist in Data collection and analysis
